About

Born and raised in Washington, DC, Steven accepted Christ and was baptized as a sophomore in high school. While at the University of Maryland at College Park, Steven founded Dynamic Disciples, one of the largest African-American ministries on campus, helping students come to the Lord. 

After graduating from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, he earned a Master of Theology degree (Th.M.) from Dallas Theological Seminary and later a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min) from Fuller Theological Seminary. 

He has planted and pastored churches and trained pastors and church planters to establish gospel churches in dense and diverse communities. He is passionate about guiding people into a close, personal relationship with Jesus. 

Steven has been happily married to the love of his life, Tiffany, for 19 years. They are the proud parents of six wonderful children and reside in Atlanta, Georgia.
